** Here is How our return policy works:**
- You may return within 30 days of delivery, Refund shall be made after deducting 20% of the Real Tv Box amount & shipping charges. The customer has to pay box return shipping charges that will not be refunded.
- You must contact us to get a return authorization number and shipping address before you can return the product to us.
- You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks (5 to 10 business days) of giving your package to the return shipper.
